What level is this program for?
This program is for ALL LEVELS. It does not matter where you are at! We slowly work through the movements with options for increasing or decreasing intensity for anything that is more advanced or has levels to it.
What equipment do I need for this program?
All equipment is optional and you can definitely work through this program without! However, I HIGHLY recommend having the equipment below available or at least something similar. • Yoga Blocks • Yoga Strap (a belt or anything that can resemble a yoga strap will work fine) • Elevated Surface (I use my plyometric box but this can be a couch or anything that is a couple feet-ish off the ground)
What is the structure of this program?
This program is 30 days long and designed for you to do 4-7 days a week. I recommend aiming for everyday or every other day. Each workout is around 10 minutes total and goes through 10 different exercise transitions.
Is music included in this program?
Yes! There is some light background music in each video so that you have nothing to worry about other than showing up :).
