Bellcraft STRENGTH is a 6-week functional kettlebell program designed to build athleticism, power, control, and stability ๐Ÿ”ฅ. Workouts combine compound, skill-based movements with mostly non-impact power training. This is the first program in the Bellcraft series. Expect kettlebells only, full-body splits, dynamic and coordinative skill development, progressive training, and intentional programming to help you level up your strength and movement. Fitness Trainer | Functional & Fun Fitness Enthusiast

Hi! I'm Shaina. My fitness journey started with yoga and lead me to mastering at-home workouts with free weights and minimal to no equipment. My passion lies in functional, creative, and fun fitness. As a mom of three fur children and a beautiful daughter born this past year, I know the power of balance, willpower, and consistency. I left my career as an environmental engineer to pursue a life in fitness and could never have imagined that it would turn in to what it is today. My goal alway is to help others feel their strongest and most confident selves through the power of movement. I am currently certified in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition, yoga, and health coaching. My hope is to empower you along your fitness journey - whether that's at home, in the gym, or on the go!

Frequently asked questions

What equipment do I need?
Kettlebells of various sizes are required: โ€ข weights will be VERY different from person to person - aim for a good mix of light to heavy for YOU (anything from 10-80lbs and up) A plyometric box and/or workout bench or equivalent is required. Heel wedges and/or a small surface (2-4 inches) is required. Make sure you can put your entire foot on the surface. Optional: long resistance bands
What fitness level is this for?
This program is for you if: โ€ข you have SOME familiarity with kettlebells โ€ข you are capable of squatting, lunging, push-ups (modified OK), and stepping up โ€ข you are ready to push yourself with higher-rep, explosive and powerful movements that will challenge your strength and endurance โ€ข HIGHLY recommend to be able to already do a basic kettlebell swing, consecutively
