About Shaina Fata

Fitness Trainer | Functional & Fun Fitness Enthusiast

Hi! I'm Shaina. My fitness journey started with yoga and lead me to mastering at-home workouts with free weights and minimal to no equipment. My passion lies in functional, creative, and fun fitness. As a mom of three fur children and a beautiful daughter born this past year, I know the power of balance, willpower, and consistency. I left my career as an environmental engineer to pursue a life in fitness and could never have imagined that it would turn in to what it is today. My goal alway is to help others feel their strongest and most confident selves through the power of movement. I am currently certified in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition, yoga, and health coaching. My hope is to empower you along your fitness journey - whether that's at home, in the gym, or on the go!

What is the structure of this program?
All workouts are dumbbells only with modification suggestions to fit every level. Whether you’re newer to lifting, or already training consistently, the structure allows you to adjust and push at your own pace. Expect 5 workouts per week, functional and effective programming, and a mix of strength, stability, and athletic movements. 5 days/week D1 - lower body strength D2 - upper body push/pull D3 - core + conditioning D4 - lower body focused D5 - full body metabolic
What equipment do I need?
Equipment: Dumbbells Plyometric Box or Equivalent (very sturdy chair, bench, cooler, etc.) Small elevated surface (can be a thick book, yoga block, heel wedges, etc.) Suggested Dumbbell Weight Ranges Beginner Upper Body: 5-10lb Lower Body: 10-25lbs Intermediate Upper Body: 15-30lb Lower Body: 25-45lb Advanced Upper Body: 20-50+ Lower Body: 35-70+ You don’t need every weight listed above! Most people can complete the challenge with 2-3 pairs of dumbbells.
