The Builder Program is designed for strengthening and building the muscles to help you become a stronger version of yourself. This program is 8 weeks, 5 days a week and is focused on slower and more traditional movements using dumbbells or kettlebells only. This program is ideal for those that want to build and tone muscle with minimal equipment.

Some things to expect:
• stronger & leaner muscle
• 40-60 min workouts
• increase endurance
• slower, non-"explosive" (little to no cardio) workouts
• moderate reps, 3-4 rounds per set
• dumbbells &/OR kettlebells (optional)
