Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is for EVERYONE. There is no level requirement for this challenge! You will have workout program suggestions based on your level of fitness and what equipment you have available.
How to Participate for Prizes
There will be THREE lucky winners at the end of the challenge. Winners will be picked at-random and based on full completion of the challenge. How to participate for prizes: • make sure to properly sign up for the challenge through the sign-up form • check-in every single day by commenting on the workout after you swipe to complete • if you miss the "Thank! How was it?" prompt - you can always go back and swipe again to complete to comment • your comment needs to include - what workout or movement you did for that day The challenge officially ends on February 4th at midnight. You have 30 days to complete the 28 days of the challenge in order to be considered for prizes.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the program that you choose! Some of the programs can be done without any equipment at all. Many are also done with dumbbells, kettlebells or very minimal equipment. Some require a barbell / squat rack and some additional items. So whatever you have available will be totally fine to start! To view equipment required for each program, click on the little "i" at the top of the program and scroll to the FAQ section.
Will I be able to receive help along the way?
ABSOLUTELY. I am always just a message away! You can message me directly from the app by clicking on the top right 3 dots :). I am here to help with any questions or help you need!

Fitness Trainer | Functional & Fun Fitness Enthusiast

Hi! I'm Shaina. My fitness journey started with yoga and lead me to mastering at-home workouts with free weights and minimal to no equipment. My passion lies in functional, creative, and fun fitness. As a mom of three fur children and a beautiful daughter born this past year, I know the power of balance, willpower, and consistency. I left my career as an environmental engineer to pursue a life in fitness and could never have imagined that it would turn in to what it is today.
