REVAMP & RISE - Weights Edition! Launching Sunday, January 5th A 2025 Challenge to start off the New Year feeling your best and strongest self! This challenge was inspired by 30 days of working out that I challenged my own self to a couple months back. Throughout those 30 days I lost around 6 pounds of body weight I had gained while pregnant and worked my way up to crush several performance goals. I want you to feel your best. Fitness Trainer | Functional & Fun Fitness Enthusiast

Hi! I'm Shaina. My fitness journey started with yoga and lead me to mastering at-home workouts with free weights and minimal to no equipment. My passion lies in functional, creative, and fun fitness. As a mom of three fur children and a beautiful daughter born this past year, I know the power of balance, willpower, and consistency. I left my career as an environmental engineer to pursue a life in fitness and could never have imagined that it would turn in to what it is today. My goal alway is to help others feel their strongest and most confident selves through the power of movement. I am currently certified in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition, yoga, and health coaching. My hope is to empower you along your fitness journey - whether that's at home, in the gym, or on the go!

Frequently asked questions

Why are there 2 different versions of this challenge?
There is a weights version and a bodyweight version of this challenge. The reason I did this was so that EVERYONE could join, wherever they are in their fitness. With previous challenges I only did bodyweight versions for this reason. So this is the 1st New Years Challenge that includes a weights version! Exciting!!
Does it matter if I do this version or the bodyweight versio
NO, it does not matter which version of the Revamp & Rise challenge that you do. You can even mix them together if you feel like you need to increase or decrease intensity some days! All participants that finish the challenge will be entered in to one big drawing at the end, regardless of which version of the challenge they did.
Where do I find the nutrition guide and recipes?
The nutrition guide and my favorite recipes can be found under the “Extras” tab when you are on the main page of the app.
Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is for ALL that want to kick off the New Year with a fun and challenging workout routine! If you do not want to use weights, please head over to the bodyweight version of this challenge :).
Will this challenge stay on the app after its over?
YES. This challenge will forever be available if you are subscribed to the app. Contrary to previous challenges, it will NOT move to the one-time purchase section. However, if you want to be entered in for prizes, you must complete the challenge at the latest by EOD February 6th, 2025. Winners will be announced on February 7th, 2025.
Why are there only 10 days released at a time?
Just like previous years, I have only released a certain amount of days for the challenge at a time! This prevents people from skipping ahead and assures that everyone is honest in their full completion of the challenge. Here is the schedule: Sunday, January 5th 2025 - first 10 days Monday, January 13th 2025 - second 10 days Thursday, January 23rd 2025 - last 10 days
What equipment do I need?
Dumbbells - various sizes from light to heavy is preferred Kettlebells (optional) - medium/heavy or heavy Plyometric Box (optional) - can sub exercises to do without Raised Surface (2-6 inches) - must be big enough to fit a whole foot on Heel Wedges or Equivalent - a thick book or weight plate or two dumbbell handles work just fine
