30 minute strength is the perfect program to add to your current endurance training. Even if you don't have a set endurance schedule you can add in 2-3 of these workouts a week for a complete strength + endurance flow that will leave you feeling good, looking good, and performing strong with whatever you're tackling this season.
There are 3 workouts a week however one is listed as optional in case you'd rather be out on the bike, running, hiking or whatever it is you love to do!
