👉🏼Don’t sacrifice your form to lift heavier weights, it’s only going to set you back. Quality over quantity.
👉🏼Share your progress with everyone in the community tab to keep yourself accountable and stay motivated.
👉🏼Results don’t happen overnight. Stay consistent with your workouts, build healthy habits and the results will come.
👉🏼Focus on 7-8 hours a sleep each night if possible. It will improve your recovery, increase your energy and give you better results overall.
