Breathwork is the foundation for stress management and humans do not adapt unless we are placed in a stressful environment.  The Sauna Papi Lifestyle highlights the development of custom breath work and mindfulness protocols to apply to the stressors of sauna therapy, cold exposure and exercise to help humans better manage stress and develop tools for daily life. 

Our goal is to educate you on how you can use your breath as a tool to enhance health and deal with stress.  It will take a few sessions to really understand how powerful the breath is, but if you stay consistent you will develop functional breath patterns and mindfulness techniques as habits to apply to daily life.

Sauna, cold therapy and exercise modalities can all be elevated with breath and intentionality. 

You will notice your stress levels decline, self-regulation controls increase, reliance be developed and ultimately create more awareness of your human experience. 

None of these modalities or approaches are exclusive of each other, everything is everything, and we breathe our entire lives, yet, not many of us are aware of how to optimize our breath to increase our heath & performance. 

Our routines, protocols and workouts range from beginner to advanced and we will continue to evolve, educate and expand our selves so we can help share these beautiful practices with more and more humans!
