I'm a beginner, is this for me? No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Tutorials, workouts, drills and programmes posted in the app are for any level of fitness. I will walk you through all skills with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions so you can do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
What do I need to get started? Obviously you will need to purchase a skipping rope to complete the workouts! Head to my "Start Here" guide for a full breakdown of the rope I recommend depending on your goals. You can also invest in mat too, although not essential, it will help to absorb the impact on your joints and will extend the life of your ropes.
How is the app different from your other programmes? The tutorials contained on my other programmes only scratched the surface of what you can do with jump rope. My app contains many more in depth tutorials, challenges, drills and workouts you can work through and I will be adding more along the way too.
Will I receive any guidance from you? The programmes and tutorials are self-guided which means you can work through everything at your own pace! If you have any questions your can DM me within the app and if there is anything else that you would like to see in the app you can send me recommendations!
