If you are looking for something to challenge you mentally & physically and pump up your muscles, then this program is for you!
This program is a follow-up to my Aesthetic Athlete program with even more focus on strength, power & performance. It still incorporates a ton of accessory & bodybuilding exercises to continue building a balanced and defined physique. I designed this to be done in a warehouse/Crossfit-style gym so I mostly use free weights like barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. When I incorporate more rare pieces of equipment, I provide alternatives.
Please read the workout descriptions for recommended percentages on the main lifts. If you do not know your one rep max, then pick weights that are challenging, but still doable with good form and full range of motion.
My goal is for you to finish the program feeling stronger than ever! We’ll focus on becoming experts at bodyweight exercises like push-ups & pull-ups while also building athleticism & explosive power. Join me in unleashing your inner beast!
This is a 6 week program and will follow a specific schedule as below:
Monday: Lower Body
Tuesday: Upper Body
Wednesday: Active Recovery / Cardio
Thursday: Lower Body
Friday: Upper Body
Saturday: HIIT, Core & Optional Olympic lifting
Sunday: Rest Day
