Lift Express is a comprehensive, 8-week full-body fitness program designed all levels. This program is optimized for those who can commit to working out three days a week. Each session targets your entire body, making it an efficient choice for those looking to maximize their results in minimal time. We recommend this program for those who do not workout at a conventional gym with access to full equipment. For this version of the program, you will only need access to free weights (dumbbells and/or barbells), a pull-up bar, and bands. Over the 8-week period, you'll challenge yourself through progressively structured workouts that begin with lower volume and gradually increase in intensity, culminating in a restorative deload week at the end.

I am a lover of all things fitness. As a pro bodybuilder, powerlifter & Crossfitter, I don’t believe you have to chose between strength & aesthetics. What are the goals of this program?

Is Lift Express suitable for beginners?
Yes - as long as you are familiar with the basics mechanics of lifting and know how to lift safely. Anything can be modified or adjusted if needed. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
How long are the workouts per session?
Lift Express workouts are designed to be efficient and time-effective. Each full-body session can be completed in about 1 hour, with the first couple weeks being a little shorter and the later weeks possibly a bit longer than one hour.
What is the schedule of workouts?
I have programmed for 3 days per week which you can do any days that work best for your schedule. If possible, I recommend taking at least one rest day between sessions.
What equipment will I need?
For the limited equipment version, you will need access to free weights (at least dumbbells), a pull-up bar, and resistance bands. If you need recommendations for substitutions for anything, please reach out to me!
