No equipment? No problem! These workouts are designed for all fitness levels and can be done anywhere including home, in the park, in a hotel, or even in a gym. Bodyweight workouts do not use free weights or any other type of machine or equipment. Rather, your own bodyweight is the sole form of resistance for the workout! Pick and choose which workouts do to, they are not designed in any specific order. Even challenge yourself by repeating them occasionally to see if you can improve improve your time or reps!
