If you like to feel like an athlete, but look like a bodybuilder than this program is for you!
This is my most advanced program, designed for athletes who aren't afraid to put in work! This program combines heavy compound lifting (to get you strong), with power movements (to make you fast), and isolation movements (to get you jacked!). Who says you can't have it all??
The workouts are designed to be done 5x/week with two rest days. You can take the rest days whenever you like, but I would recommend Thursday and Sunday if that works with your schedule. The program is made for a Crossfit-style gym or home gym with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells & free weights. I try to accommodate as many set ups as I can but you make have to make substitutes for equipment you do not have.
I incorporate some metabolic conditioning at the end of each workout. If you're ever feeling under-recovered, you can skip these. Also, Please read the workout descriptions for recommended percentages on the main lifts. If you do not know your one rep max, then pick weights that are challenging, but still doable with good form and full range of motion.
