Description: Mini Banana Coffee Cake

A small version of the classic coffee cake! Only a few ingredients are needed to make this one!

1/3 mashed banana 
1 egg
1 tbsp Greek yogurt 
1 tbsp brown sugar 
1/3-1/2 cup oat flour 
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder 

cinnamon swirl: 2 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, cinnamon
crumble: 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp oat flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp cold butter

You will need 3 separate bowls.
mix all ingredients for the batter in a medium bowl. 
pour half the batter into an oiled round dish.
in a second bowl, combine the cinnamon swirl ingredients.
pour cinnamon swirl on top of the batter in the dish.
top with remaining batter.
In a 3rd bowl, use your hands to combine the butter with the other crumble ingredient. 
pour crumble on top of batter
bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)
