How to get the best outcome of the program? Abs will only get stronger and defined by using them. Don’t strain your neck or just sling yourself around. Make your abs do your every movement in these series. It is better to STOP, count to 3, and pick back up rather than to just sling yourself around for the entire workout and never engage your core.
