What type of content are you sharing? Here you will find 5 week programs, individual/specific muscle group workouts, warm ups and form tips.
Does the workouts require any equipment? I have both gym based and home based workouts. The gym based workouts will require access to free weights and cables/machines. The home based workouts are meant to be done with minimum equipment, such as DBs and resistance bands.
What’s the main goal for your workouts? For the best results consistency is key. I highly recommend sticking and following the programs. The main focus is to incorporate progressive overload week after week. In order to do that we want to stay consistent with the workout each week so we can push our selves harder than the week before by either increasing the weight, reps, sets or changing up rest time.
When we constantly change up the workouts we can’t track our progress which will usually lead to hitting plateaus.
