Welcome back to The Primal Colosseum.

Today’s workout is focused on building all around strength for the chest.

This workout is great for those working out at home, in a gym, or may travel a bit but still want to maintain their chest strength 👊🏾🔥🏋🏾.

Equipment Needed:
- 1 high platform of any kind.

- Begin standing with your feet hip width apart with your toes pointing forward.

- Next grab your mobility stick with both hands, and place the stick in front of you with your palms facing backwards.

- Keeping your hands a little wider than shoulder width apart, contract your core and enhale to slowly raise the stick completely over your head and then down to your low back, pause.

- Next exhale and slowly bring the stick back to the starting position. Rest and repeat.

- Be sure to keep the arms completely straight while performing the exercise.

Shoulder Dislocations (Stick)

- Start with your hands just outside the shoulders - Bend at the elbows to come down
- Keep your core tight as you lower
- Extend your arms engaging your chest as you push up

Push-ups

- Start with your hands shoulder width apart on a box, ledge or counter and or table.
- Perform a push-up coming down slowly
- Keep your core engaged
- Inhale as you lower, and exhale as you come back to starting position.

Incline push up

- Place your feet on an elevated surface 
- Bend at the elbows to come down 
- Engage your chest as you come up

Decline push up

'- Thumb and pointer finger touching (diamond shape) with your hands 
- Bend at the elbows to come down 
- Keep you core engaged 
- Extend your arms to come up

Diamond push ups

- Begin in a push up position with hands wide
- Lower body down to the ground
- Push through your arms to rise back up
