A stronger lower body is a key to longevity. Think balance, fall prevention, circulation, metabolic health, etc. And the core, the deep core, supports the spine. We beat up these bodies of ours. Think of how our spine, that lines our entire body is treated. It doesn't want to seated all day, hunched over, etc. Let's go!!

About the program

This program is such a blast for me. I literally create with my (now knowing) neurodivergent mind as I move. It's like a superpower I never knew I had. I'm sharing this program with you because I always said, " If I could help just one person, this was well worth the ride." And not a fun, pretty ride. A very bumpy ride. A stronger lower body is a key to longevity. Think balance, fall prevention, circulation, metabolic health, etc. Sure a nice booty is a hoot at this age, but it's the muscle that's keeping me strong and stable. And the core, the deep core, well, I have complete pelvic floor dysfunction, and this helps. I also know a stronger core supports my ill spine. The stronger we can get our core muscles, the more stable and pain free (well less pain) , our spines will be in. We beat up these bodies of ours. Think of how our spine, that lines our entire body is treated. It doesn't want to seated all day, hunched over, etc. We have got to protect what we've got now. Strength and mobility are key. I stand by that statement. Strengthen those muscles and lubricate those joints. And have fun doing it!!!

    Online personal trainer

    Hi friends! I'm Sandi, a very strong willed middle aged mom (almost 50!) who became medically disabled due to Covid wrecking havoc on my body. I have always been physically active in yoga, crossfit, and olympic weightlifting, but life had a different plan . I've gone from a licensed veterinary technician to a dog behavior trainer, all of which I love, but I have needed to be close to home since I'll never know when I'll have a flare . I made a promise to myself that if I am to go through this healing journey, and damn it, I will heal, I want to help others struggling. When I'm sedentary, I feel worse. My blood needs to stay moving , so with this new venture and passion, I have you in mind. I've created workouts for flare days, bodyweight days, and all, just days having movement from home.
