This program is such a blast for me. I literally create with my (now knowing) neurodivergent mind as I move. It's like a superpower I never knew I had. I'm sharing this program with you because I always said, " If I could help just one person, this was well worth the ride." And not a fun, pretty ride. A very bumpy ride.
A stronger lower body is a key to longevity. Think balance, fall prevention, circulation, metabolic health, etc. Sure a nice booty is a hoot at this age, but it's the muscle that's keeping me strong and stable.
And the core, the deep core, well, I have complete pelvic floor dysfunction, and this helps. I also know a stronger core supports my ill spine. The stronger we can get our core muscles, the more stable and pain free (well less pain) , our spines will be in.
We beat up these bodies of ours. Think of how our spine, that lines our entire body is treated. It doesn't want to seated all day, hunched over, etc. We have got to protect what we've got now.
Strength and mobility are key. I stand by that statement.
Strengthen those muscles and lubricate those joints.
