I'm ready just as much as you are for this BRAND NEW CHALLENGE! This program will be similar to our last one with these concepts taking priority: 1. Progressive overload - with this concept, you'll start at a comfortable weight and speed for your first week or more. With every week, you'll either see a recommendation to increase your weight, increase your repetitions, minimize your rest periods or increase overall your exercises in the workout. All of these changes will help keep your workouts challenging and keep your body progressing forward - both getting stronger and increasing your endurance and cardiovascular systems. 2. Creativity for both mind and body - I am one of those trainers who fully believes having a creative program is essential for a few reasons. 1. Incorporating different variations of exercises into your workouts provides you more opportunity and accessibility to equipment in the gym. 2 Your mind is challenged in a different way and it gives you a different change of scenery! Imagine performing the same exact move for months and months on end. I believe this is one contributing factor to people getting "burned out" at the gym or at home. 3. By incorporating different variations of moves into your workouts, you'll be surprised at how it will activate your muscles differently - in the best way!! 3. My programs tend to focus on overall functional strength with attention on burning fat while maintaining and build your lean muscle on your body. My programs are meant to be enjoyable, challenging and long-lasting. I want you to love these programs and love having fitness and activity in your life forever. ** If you have access to a gym that has a pretty comprehensive selection of equipment, this program is for you! I try to keep the equipment as diverse yet as "commonly found in gyms" as possible. But not to worry! I also provide a HOME program that mimics the gym program while sticking to traditional home equipment.

Oh where do I begin! I was always an athletic kid growing up - I dabbled in many sports up until college when my love for routine strength and endurance training came about. When I first became a personal trainer [back in 2008] I was going to school to become a nurse. I grew a fascination with the human body and loved the idea of learning how to better care for it. During my nursing school years and even into my nursing career, I had started my online training with the help of the Instagram platform. All while I was working full time in a hospital trying to help patients feel better and live a healthier life, I was also educating and motivating younger individuals to start their healthier and stronger lifestyle early !! I ultimately found that my passion lied in more preventative care and teaching (training) rather than reactive care and teaching (nursing) With over 10 years of personal training and (personal) training under my belt, i made this app specific to you and your needs! You will experience so many variations of training - endurance, functional, strength - with specifics for equipment, specific levels or even if you’re in a certain area of your life (ie: prenatal or postnatal) I’m so happy you’re here and want me to be a part of your health and fitness journey 🫶🏼
