***These workouts don't include warm-up sets. Do as many as you need, but never take warm-ups to muscle failure!*** My 4 week bodybuilding split will get you jacked but it doesn’t include chest because I do not train chest! If you do train chest, throw it in day 2 and gradually increase reps/sets each week. If you aren’t sure what to do for chest then drop me a message and I’ll help! The main focus of this program is solely on hypertrophy (or muscular growth) vs. strength or power. This is a bodybuilding split not a powerlifting program. We will be focusing on progressive overload which means we will gradually increase the reps/sets/weight/frequency each week. By doing this, you challenge your body and continue to make great progress. PLEASE choose your weights wisely. You never want your form to break down. Always go for near failure but never fail. Your last 1-2 reps should feel like you are almost at failure.
