About Sally McRae

Online personal trainer

Sally is a pro ultra/mountain runner, Badwater 135 Champ & Grand Slam of 200s Champion. Sally has championed the importance of strength training and mental training for every person whether beginner or elite for over 2 decades. She is a trainer, running coach, and the mastermind behind hundreds of creative workouts that have kept her injury free and helped thousands worldwide. Her positive and motivating style of coaching has made her a frequently sought after coach & speaker. Sally runs professionally for Nike and is often found training on her local mountains in Southern California where she logs 100-120 miles running a week in addition to 4-5 days of training in the gym.

You have to keep up with me! I post fresh workouts and insights so you keep moving and learning!
Can I save workouts so they don't disappear?
Not yet! But message me what workouts you love or want to see more of!
What type of workouts are you sharing?
All “LATEST” workouts have something for everyone: beginner-advanced. You’ll find total body workouts & body part focused workouts. Additionally, you’ll notice workouts are longer/shorter than others. These routines were customized with the athlete in mind, so you’ll notice an emphasis on hip, glute, and ankle strength.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
Some do and some don’t.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
Total body strengthening. Improving running mechanics, balance, control, and injury prevention. Building a total powerhouse body.
Are these the only workouts in the app?
No! There’s NEW workouts added weekly as well as yearly challenges where you’ll train alongside me! My goal is to keep you engaged and ever-evolving!
