What are the goals of the program? To get you strong and enduring! This is a fantastic program to use before you begin a structured race/competition training plan.
You will feel stronger head to toe and more enduring in your workouts/racing. This training will also focus on injury prevention & proper recovery
How to schedule the program into a week? Expect a mix of strength and run workouts a week with 2 more intense workouts a week. Other workouts during the week will focus on aerobic building, and x-train/recovery.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Beginner to Advanced.
