About Sally McRae

Online personal trainer

Sally is a pro ultra/mountain runner, Badwater 135 Champ & Grand Slam of 200s Champion. Sally has championed the importance of strength training and mental training for every person whether beginner or elite for over 2 decades. She is a trainer, running coach, and the mastermind behind hundreds of creative workouts that have kept her injury free and helped thousands worldwide. Her positive and motivating style of coaching has made her a frequently sought after coach & speaker. Sally runs professionally for Nike and is often found training on her local mountains in Southern California where she logs 100-120 miles running a week in addition to 4-5 days of training in the gym.

What are the goals of the program?
To get you strong and enduring! This is a fantastic program to use before you begin a structured race/competition training plan. You will feel stronger head to toe and more enduring in your workouts/racing. This training will also focus on injury prevention & proper recovery
How to schedule the program into a week?
Expect a mix of strength and run workouts a week with 2 more intense workouts a week. Other workouts during the week will focus on aerobic building, and x-train/recovery.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Beginner to Advanced.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Dumbbells Resistance Band Swiss Ball (large inflatable ball) A bench, chair, couch, etc
