Pilates Strength Program — 4 Weeks Have you ever struggled with trying to figure out how to add resistance training and Pilates into the same routine This program does exactly that for you. Over the course of four weeks we combine Pilates strategies with weightlifting methods to build strength, stability, and lean muscle while keeping every movement intentional and controlled. It mirrors the Pilates Strength Challenge on The Mat Room but is presented here in a go at your own pace program format so you can move through each workout on your own schedule. If you prefer the energy of the class format those same sessions are available on The Mat Room app and website. With just a yoga mat, Pilates ball, dumbbells, a yoga block, and resistance bands, you will have everything you need to complete the program and feel stronger, more sculpted, and more confident in the way you move.
