Hybrid Cut Spring Cycle
6 Weeks | 6 Days Per Week
Hybrid Cut is a 6 week weightlifting and Pilates based training program designed to support fat loss while preserving strength, muscle definition, and energy. This program blends structured strength training with controlled metabolic work and Pilates informed movement to create visible results without burnout.
The program is aligned with the NASM OPT model and integrates stabilization, strength endurance, strength, and selective power work across each week. Stabilization principles support joint integrity, core control, and nervous system balance. Strength endurance and strength phases drive muscle growth and definition through progressive overload, while metabolic conditioning is applied strategically to support fat loss without chronically elevating stress.
You will repeat the same six workouts each week. This is intentional. Familiarity allows measurable progress and true overload. Instead of constantly changing exercises, you will increase load, control tempo, improve range of motion, and refine execution over the six weeks. Each workout includes clear guidance on how to apply progressive overload.
Pilates principles including deep core activation, breathwork, posture, and controlled transitions are woven throughout every session. The result is a program that builds lean muscle, improves stability, enhances movement efficiency, and supports long term sustainability.
