Embark on a 4-week journey to transform your core strength and stability while addressing back pain, achieving a leaner physique, and promoting inner core health. This program features three different workouts each week, progressively intensifying to ensure remarkable results. Week 1: Establishing the Foundation In Week 1, you'll focus on building the core foundation with 10-minute workouts that include 3 rounds of 4 core exercises. Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds with a 15-second rest between them, followed by a 30-second rest between rounds. Week 2: Increasing the Challenge Week 2 kicks up the intensity with 10-minute workouts comprising 3 rounds of 4 core exercises. Here, the work intervals extend to 45 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest between exercises and 25 seconds between rounds. Week 3: Pushing the Limits As you progress to Week 3, you'll push your limits further. The 10-minute workouts include 3 rounds of 4 core exercises, with 50 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest between exercises, and 20 seconds of rest between rounds. Week 4: Reaching Your Peak In the final week, you'll reach your peak core strength. The 10-minute workouts involve 3 rounds of 4 core exercises, with 55 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest between exercises, and a quick 15-second rest between rounds. This program aims to help you achieve a strong and stable core, alleviate back pain, and attain a leaner physique while promoting core health from within through a strategic progression of intensity.
