This 7-Day Birth Prep Mobility Challenge is designed to help you start preparing your body for labor in a simple, structured way. Each day, you’ll complete a quick 10–15 minute mobility routine while learning exactly how to move, breathe, and release tension so your body can work WITH you during birth. You’ll focus on pelvic floor relaxation, opening different levels of the pelvis, and practicing positions and breathing strategies you can use throughout pregnancy and during labor.

In addition to the mobility routines, you'll get a mini-training each day that breaks down several important topics for birth prep. You’ll learn how to find neutral alignment, use diaphragmatic breathing, release your pelvic floor, understand how different movements help create space for baby, and more! This challenge also serves as a sneak preview of my full "Pregnancy Pelvic Floor Connection" program, so you can start to see how everything fits together in a full plan.

By the end of the 7 days, you’ll have a strong foundation and a clear starting point for your birth prep. This is meant to help you build momentum and feel more confident in what to do next.
