-fully extend the back leg
-stay tall
-contact the ground mid-foot

A skip

-stay tall
-bring heel to butt and then pretend to kick a door down in front of you. 
-the goal here is to stretch out your hamstrings as much as possible

B skip

-stay tall
-bring heel to butt then reach back as far as possible to stretch out the hip flexors

Backward skip

-bring the legs together then as far a part as possible as you hop
-goal is to open up the adductors and abductors

Side skips

-stay tall
-keep hips facing forward
-keep toes facing forward
-feet quick on and off the ground
-foot in front of the other then the foot behind the other
-make sure to go both directions to balance out the exercise

Karaoke

-stay tall
-slight forward lean with hips under you
-bring your heel toward your butt as quickly as possible
-fast up and down like a piston
-land on your forefoot

Butt kicks

-stay tall
-slight forward lean with hips under you
-bring your knees towards your chest going as high as parallel 
-fast up and down like a piston
-land on your forefoot

High knees

-stay tall
-heel to butt while keeping the foot dorsiflexed 
-same foot taps the ground then comes up to a high knee before switching to other leg
-make sure your back leg is fully extended 
-be quick up and down but not fast in forward motion

Butt Kick to High Knee

-stay tall
-3 slow steps followed by one quick cycle through
-this drill puts all the drills together 
-cycle your leg through from heel to butt and back to the ground as quickly as possible
