Rook helped me come back from injury stronger. It’s the first program I’ve actually stuck with—and I’m finally running pain-free.
Carrie
I never felt like a 'real runner'... Rook made strength training simple and gave me the confidence to show up.
Laura
I’m busier than ever, but these workouts fit right into my schedule. I feel stronger on every run.

Frequently asked questions

What equipment do I need?
All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a mini-band. A foam roller and lacrosse ball are helpful for the mobility program, but not required to get started.
Can I use this if I’m new to strength training?
Yes! Rook was built with beginners in mind. Every movement is explained, and our programs are easy to follow—even if you’ve never lifted before.
Do I need to be signed up for a race?
Not at all. Whether you’re training for a marathon or just trying to stay healthy, our strength and mobility sessions are made to support your running—no race required.
Can I use this with my current run training plan?
Absolutely. Rook is built to complement your training—not compete with it. Workouts are short, effective, and easy to plug in around your running.
