These are longer, 1 hour/90 mins sessions where we are practicing and getting properly introduced to the main poses and movements of any standard class.
Although there’s a lot of information to take in, don’t worry we don’t have to stop and take notes!
We are learning and practicing at the same time, so get ready for a full-on class!!!
If you want to take it easy I suggest you start with the Yoga Therapy session, if you want something stronger pick the Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga or Pilates session.
