My sessions are accessible and considerate of different body types, and whenever things start to get too intense I alternate sides, take breaks, and we always counterpose and counter stretch… My aim is to help you get working and toning, moving and stretching your body in a safe and joyful way! With a strong belief that all body types can and should benefit from practicing Yoga, Rita’s sequences blend Physical Therapy mobility exercises with Yoga and Pilates. Rita is a +500Hr Yoga Alliance certified Yoga and a Pilates teacher based in Macau, China. Currently doing freelance work all over Macau, she was the visionary behind Yoga Loft Macau, a boutique studio she opened in 2015, where aside from being the head teacher, she was in charge of running regular classes and workshops, and did general management and communication & marketing for 8 years.
