I absolutely love working with beginners! My sessions are accessible and considerate of different body types, and whenever things start to get too intense I alternate sides, take breaks, and we always counterpose and counter stretch… My aim is to help you get working and toning, moving and stretching your body in a safe and joyful way! Mindfulness is a very important part of my work so expect many blissful guided relaxations and meditation journeys…

Yes, definitely. My classes are specifically designed to help beginners and I will walk you through all the exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
