Soccer Performance Coach

Richy Castro is a Soccer Performance specialist, who's work consists of enhancing players potential in and out of season. He's worked privately with Current and Former Professional players, Youth National Team players, Collegiate Champions, and Nationally Top Ranked teams. Richy is the sole owner of RCPRO and has created this App to share his methodologies globally. His aim has always been to disrupt the old training methods and introduce new school systems to optimize players performance and lower the risk of injury. P.R.O. - Stands for Performance, Recovery, and Optimization. He believes these are the three main focal points that will drive any player or team to success. As of recent summer 2022, he's taken on the role of Assistant Coach for USL W-League's Morris Elite Semi-Professional Team in which they became Metropolitan Division Champions in their inaugural season. Fall 2022, is his second year working with Saint Peter's Prep School (NJ) managing their players in efforts to win Titles and become a National Power House. Richy continues to work 1-1 with players and has devoted himself to being an asset for any player or team in need of his expertise. He does all this while continuing to read the latest studies, applying his methods, and sharing his knowledge in the field.
Goals
The goal of this app is to be the complete guide for anyone wondering on a day to day basis, what they should be doing to take care of their bodies as well as enhance their performance on the soccer field.
Training Requirements
Programs include one option for athletes who have gym access, and a different option (BodyWeight) for those who do not have gym access or have limited equipment. It is recommended youth players up until the age of 13, follow the (BW) programs. Example: Pre-Season 2022 = Gym Access Pre-Season 2022 BW = BodyWeight and Youth Players up to age 13.
