The goals of this program is to challenge you, hold you accountable and give you the confidence to start the new on the right path.

How to schedule the program into a week?
All workouts should take around an hour to complete with 1 full day off. Each day you will have a plan, all you have to do is complete that workout for the day.
Jump in anytime anyday and follow along.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need either Barbell or Dumbells, Kettle bells, dumbells, bands, and some gym equipment.
If you don’t have access to all or some, you can modify the workouts.
