I’ve been testing my fitness limits on a variety of workout challenges since 2009. That’s when I started to learn more about CrossFit and the type of workout programs they do. After a year I then decided to get my CrossFit level 1 (CFL1) Trainer cert. and started coaching ever since.
Coaching is a huge passion of mine. I love challenging people in a variety of workout programs I do. Testing their physical and mental fitness, watching them grow and change, building up their confidence and believing in themselves are just some of the things I love to do.
