Crossfit CFL2 Burgener Strength Athlete

I’ve been testing my fitness limits on a variety of workout challenges since 2009. That’s when I started to learn more about CrossFit and the type of workout programs they do. After a year I then decided to get my CrossFit level 1 (CFL1) Trainer cert. and started coaching ever since. Coaching is a huge passion of mine. I love challenging people in a variety of workout programs I do. Testing their physical and mental fitness, watching them grow and change, building up their confidence and believing in themselves are just some of the things I love to do. I'm excited to take the next step and build an online audience where I can share a lot of my workouts and challenges. So, are you up for a challenge? ONE REP AT A TIME!
My goal is to help you increase your fitness level and build that self confidence. With an increase fitness level not only will you lose that weight or shed that body fat off, you’ll also see an increase of muscle and strength. I will provide you with coaching and workouts that will be used to push you to reach your personal best.
Training Requirements
My workouts can be done just about anywhere. I will post workouts that will require some equipment and some with just your own body weight. Recommended Equipment: Dumbbells Kettlebells Barbell and weights Squat Rack Pull up bar Cardio machine (rower, air bike, skierg) Jump rope Medicine Ball Slam Ball Occasionally you’ll need other equipment such as but not limited too: - Sandbag - GHD - Rope - Wall - Rings
