if you have progressed through my beginner and moderate series or are already an advanced martial artist, this series is perfect for you. the workouts and combinations illustrated in this series will help further your skills even more and have you ready to certify you as a BADA$$ martial artist. muscle strengthening, endurance improvement, mobility and flexibility enhancing movements will be included in this Martial Arts Advanced series. I recommend regularly repeating these training sessions, as I, after 16 years of martial arts, continue to utilize every single workout throughout my beginner, moderate, and advanced martial arts series. doing them alone or combining them with my HIIT workouts will help you to improve your skills and broaden your martial arts knowledge/capabilities. About Rayna Vallandingham

Hi! My name is Rayna Vallandingham and I have been doing martial arts since I was two years old. Through training internationally, I’ve been able to acquire thirteen world titles in various martial arts events and have become a fourth degree black belt. My passion for martial arts has taken inspiration from my general love of fitness. Although I do martial arts-centric workouts for advanced athletes, I love incorporating these badass martial arts techniques into conditioning and strengthening routines for beginners as well. Not only do martial arts infused fitness workouts tone and strengthen in incredible ways, it’ll improve your capability to be able to defend yourself and be confident in your skills. These martial arts techniques include combat, boxing, kicking, weapons, and more. Additionally, I have been acting and involved in the entertainment industry for over ten years. On-screen fighting choreography is another one my passions and is a fun outlet to be able to perform your martial arts skills. My belief is that martial arts is a physical and mental journey-just as it helped me to evolve as a person, it can completely transform your life as well. Connecting my mind to my body through martial arts has helped me to understand myself in depth and transform my mindsets into those that help me to break through barriers daily. to get the best outcome of this program, make sure you are pursuing this with moderately-advanced martial arts knowledge and capabilities, and ready to progress even further. furthermore, repeating these series and the workouts included is very important to ensure that substantial improvements will occur within one’s martial arts. so basically, analyze your skills, be prepared, work hard, and don’t give up! 🥋👊🏽
How to schedule the program into a week?
I recommended frequently repeating these workouts. they can either be done alone or combined with the other series or my HIIT workouts. I do martial arts-focused exercises ranging through all levels 3-6 times a week. the amazing thing about my workouts is that they range in time but will ALL improve your skills AND get you working hard!

these workouts are for people who have progressed through my martial arts beginner and moderate series, and are prepared and knowledgeable enough to tackle advanced techniques, workouts, and combinations. these workouts are also for experienced martial artists who are here to further improve their capabilities and strengthen their muscles and martial arts skills.

you need moderately-advanced martial arts skills and knowledge, a strong mindset, determination, and perseverance! occasionally a kettlebell as well 💪🏽
