Hey guy! I’m so excited to share this with you! I've put together some CrossFit WODs that can be done with just a set of dumbbells, which is great for people who are just starting out in the CrossFit world or who don't have access to a CrossFit box full of equipments, so they can be done at home, since most people has access to a pair of dumbbells. Some workouts are harder when using a rather than a barbell, because they requires more unilateral strength. Let’s go!
