About the program

This is a workout guide for the first 6 weeks postpartum. This guide is to help ensure that you are recovering from birth and is broken up into three stages, each two weeks long. The goal in the Rehab and Retrain Program is to focus on engaging your core muscles properly and will feel very restorative to your body. Listening to your body is the most important thing, but this guide will feel less like a "workout" and is more for setting the foundation to heal on a healthy timeline.
