I used to lift weights before, But I kept injured myself many time not knowing what I was doing at first. Wasn’t educated enough to do it safe ways. Suggestion to do these routine on your PPLeg day or lower day or light leg day or hypertrophy leg day.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Barbell bar and dumbells with squat rack/ gym
What are the goals of the program?
Increase our mass muscles and build hypertrophy muscles.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Start with 3 sets light weights until you are comfortable and feeling strong to go for heavier weights then I would suggest to have warm up sets before start so working sets if you able to lift heavy weights for reps.
