Hi there! My name is Randa Alami, creator and owner of U-KRAVE Fitness Studio in Lake Worth, Florida. There, I lead my “Krew” in a wide array of crave-able group fitness classes as well as train clients one on one. I graduated with a Bachelors in Biological Science and rerouted my career from medicine to fitness when I found it was my passion. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist and corrective exercise specialist. Here on the app, I’ll push you as part of my “Krew” to be all U-KRAVE to be!! What type of workouts are you sharing?
My channel has EVERYTHING you need to feel & look your best! “LIVE CLASSES” These come straight from my fitness studio “U-KRAVE” in sunny South Florida where you’ll join my “Krew” and KRUSH your workout! These hour long group fitness classes are good for ANY level and demonstrate modifications. They include: CYKLE-At home bike workouts choreographed to high energy music for a high calorie burn! 🔥 SKULPT-Total body sculpting workouts weighted/body weight/sliders or bands (always changing - the title will tell you what you’ll need) that’ll tighten, tone and shape your entire body 💪🏼 *some may include cardio* KARDIO-Cardio kickboxing workouts as well as body weight HIIT style to help build endurance, cardiovascular health & aid in weight loss. These are HIGH energy and HIGHLY feasible for any level⚡️ B&K-Biskuits & Kore focuses on the glutes and abs. Fire up your booty and tone your core in these low-impact workouts🍑 Join me also for: Warm-Up Cool Down/Recovery 20 Min variety workouts 10 Min Abs *suitable for all level, modifications are given* limited quantities*
Does the workouts require any equipment?
CYKLE will require an at home spin bike SKULPT will require a set of weights KICK requires JUST YOU! *optional 1-2lb hand weights, NOT REQUIRED B&K requires JUST YOU! *some classes, optional 5lb weights, NOT REQUIRED
