My current split follows the 2.0 program... MONDAY — LEGS A TUESDAY — PUSH WEDNESDAY — PULL + CORE THURSDAY — ACTIVE REST FRIDAY — LEGS B SATURDAY — UPPER WEAKNESSES SUNDAY — REST & MEAL PREP You can complete my workouts in the same order or whatever order makes sense for you!
Sets and Reps ?
You should be increasing the weight with each set and just barely able to get the required reps in while maintaining good form. The goal is to increase muscle mass and the best way to do this is through progressive overload/hypertrophy.
