I’m Coach Pete, founder of Pete Proformance. I help busy Christian and faith‑forward men and women lose fat, get strong, and move pain‑free while treating their bodies like the temples they are. My coaching blends pain‑free strength training, simple nutrition (with optional fasting), and faith‑aligned habits so change actually fits real life – jobs, kids, stress and all. I care less about perfection and more about helping you build systems and routines you can keep long after the motivation fades. What’s included in the subscription?
With the Pete Proformance subscription you get full access to all my app programs (strength blocks, conditioning, active recovery, and future cuts), habit tracking, and new workouts as I add them. You’ll also get access to Coach Pete Academy for community support, form checks, Q&A, and future resources.
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
No. Most programs can be done at home with a chair/box, a mat, bands, and optional dumbbells. If you have a gym, I include options to use benches, cables, and machines—but they’re not required.
Is this only for Catholics?
No. I’m a faith‑forward coach and a lot of my people are Catholic or Christian, but anyone who respects that and wants to get stronger, leaner, and more disciplined is welcome. The training works whether you share my faith or not.
I’m a beginner / coming back after a long break. Is this for
Yes. The Blueprint and my app programs are built with progressions. I coach you to start where you are, use joint‑friendly movements, and leave 1–2 reps in the tank. If you’re brand new or rusty, you’ll just run lighter loads and fewer rounds until your body catches up.
How much does it cost and is there a trial?
The PROformance Cut Blueprint + Coach Pete Academy access is normally $149, but I’m giving it free right now as a founding offer. If you decide you want ongoing programming after the 4 weeks, the app/subscription starts around $20 every 4 weeks, and I offer a free trial period so you can test it before you commit.
