Stretching is so important and should be part of your routine. Always stretch after a workout or when you are feeling warm. It only take a few minutes to stretch out the whole body. It will help you recover faster, improve your flexibility so you can move more easily and help prevent injuries. Hold each stretches 20-30s! Combining the foam roller and static stretches is awesome not only to stretch the muscles out but to release trigger points within your body, too.
