I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a AFAA Group Fitness Instructor a E-RYT 500 Registered Yoga Teacher and also a 200 Hours Certified Meditation Teacher. I have been working as a personal trainer, yoga teacher for many years and have worked with diverse individuals ranging from beginners, athletes to celebrities, and people from all shapes, and sizes!
