Welcome, Bendy Friends! You may know me better as @her_bendy_life on Instagram. I started my yoga journey after years of working out at a gym and running left me burnt out. I loved how yoga always left room for growth and exploration and challenges me in a new way every day. I became dedicated to my practice and placed in the top 10 nationally in the USA Yoga Competition in 2016. As a new mom, it was important for me to find a healthy lifestyle that allowed me to work out quickly and efficiently, while focusing on the whole body with a slight emphasis on my core. I can’t wait to share my routine with you. Remember, no matter how busy life gets, it is important to carve out a few minutes each day for YOU! What are the goals of the program?
To get into your first 10 second free-standing handstand without falling in the process!
How to schedule the program into a week?
10 minutes a day of practice is all it takes. Work it into any part of your day. Especially after your workout when you are warmed up!
What do I need to participate in this program?
A space on a wall free of wall hangings to practice your kick-up
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
No experience needed. Just commitment and determination. This process takes time and patience but you will get there if you put in the time!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
This program works in a progressional way! Each step must be mastered before progressing to the next. So don’t work through all the steps right away or skip ahead at all. The purpose of the program is to determine which part in the progression you currently fall in and then put in the work to master it. Once you do, you will know what is the next skill you need to build!
