What level is this program? All classes are Beginner Friendly. The Vinyasa breath-to-movement classes will challenge you more so move more into Intermediate Level. Modifications are offered in every session, so give it a go! As always, go at your own pace, modify even more than what I suggest. This is your practice. I am simply your guide. Noone knows your body better than you do. And I respect that whole heartedly.
What order should I complete the classes in? Of course you can complete the classes in whichever order serves you best, I have designed this specifically in this order for you to reap the most benefits. Each class intentionally builds on the other, with the meditation building on the yoga practices and the journalling tying all your learnings from the week together for you to integrate into your life. Feel free to repeat a week or session as many times as you need to.
What are the goals of this program? - to introduce your body/mind to yourself as your home, putting the 'enemy' narrative way behind you.

What do I need to participate? - a yoga mat (or towel)
- for the yoga practices (especially the yin practices) yoga blocks (or a stack of books), blankets, bolsters or pillows, eye pillows, a strap/sarong
- a journal and pen
What types of workouts are included? This is more than your average yoga program!
- x1 vinyasa yoga session per week
- x1 yin-inspired yoga session per week
- x1 meditation per week
- x1 self-guided journal session per week
How will I get the best results? - plan the sessions into your week so that you have intentional time crafted for them to limit procrastination or self-sabotaging excuses
- stay open and curious to your body + mind and how they react to the different sessions
- practice patience, dedication and honour that you are worth it, you deserve this time in your busy weeks.
- create a quiet safe space dedicated to this work
- do it alongside a buddy! an accountability buddy
- post on social media (if thats your thing) to stay accountable and track your progress
- know each session serves a very important purpose
