      I live my best life now. You know why ? Because I discovered a yoga for myself and it helped me to hear my inner self. But at the same time yoga broke my life. Ok, I will start from beginning. I graduated with accounting degree but wasn’t too happy with my job, my husband and I was trying to become parents but unsuccessfully for long 10 years. I always dreamed to leave near the ocean but lived in the middle of USA. As a part time I was a fit model and backstage actress, I loved it. I loved an art part of myself. To be an actress I had been move to New York but it was impossible that time because my husband was running his business. To stay in shape , I was practicing yoga kinda exercises for my entire life , nothing special. One day I decided to change my life completely and I signed up for a yoga teacher classes training, it was a big transformation. I quit my jobs, let everything go , become pregnant 3 times in a raw ( yes my dream life came true ) I found the job I love , I become a mother and I moved to my happy place near the ocean. You can ask me, why it breaks my life because!!! I quit drinking, smoking, negative thinking and my life is more balanced now like never before. Through the stretching of our body , we are stretching our mind. We are open to more possibilities. I am sharing my journey because everything seemed to be impossible, my career path was chosen not according my desires , probably more on money. When I started to teach yoga and make some kind of money I sold all my material belongings and moved to Texas to live near the ocean , eventually. I was very happy and satisfied.Then we moved to Florida, and I live here now. Grateful for every second of my existence. I want to teach you how to practice yoga , I will show you my favorite flows, I will teach you how to meditate, how to breathe and stay in the present moment
