Start off with a slow run for the given amount of time.

Jogging

Simply lift one of your legs up and over an imaginary “gate”. This is a hip range of motion exercise. Repeat for the given amount of time.

Open the Gates

The opposite movement as open the gates, repeat for the given amount of time.

Close the Gates

Simply kick out in front of you. Repeat for the given amount of time.

Front Kicks

Simply kick backwards while keeping your back straight. Repeat for the given amount of time.

Backward Kicks

Cross one of your legs over the other while standing and sit into a squat, then lift the top leg upwards to stretch for a second. Repeat for the given amount of time.

Pigeon Squat

Sit into a wide squat and rock from side to side to stretch your groins. Repeat for the given amount of time.

Groin Rockers

Simply skip for the given amount of time.

Mini Skips

Now skip with power for height. Repeat for the given amount of time.

Power Skips

Simply rotate your hips while side stepping and alternating one leg in front and one leg behind. Repeat for the given amount of time.

Carioca

Kick across your body and repeat for the given amount of time.

Kick Across

Full out sprint for 10 yards. Repeat for the given amount of reps.
