Fire up your core with this 30 minute core workout

-lay back on mat 
-bend elbows holding a dumbbell in both hands behind your head 
-crunch up meeting the dumbbell to your knees and return to start 
-engage your core

Dumbbell crunches

- Bring your knees towards your chest as you raise your shoulders and push legs out to each side of the dumbbell and crunch back 
-Engage your core

Dumbbell crunch alternating sides

-lay on your back on mat 
-raise shoulders up engaging your core 
-alternate raising your knees reaching to clap

Alternating knee raise clap crunches

-lay on your back on mat 
-raise your shoulders 
-engage your core 
-raise legs up to a 90 degree angle 
-alternate raising your legs and tap down

Alternating knees taps

-lay on mat
-raise shoulders up
-dumbbells neutral grip in each hand at your sides
-crunch up and down 
-engage your core

Dumbbell neutral grip crunches

- From a push up position bring your knees forward to a 90 degree angle 
-keeping abs tight, alternate bringing knees forward and back

Bear Crawl Knee Taps

-lay on your back on mat 
-dumbbell in each hand 
-lift shoulders up 
-raise extended arms above chest, shoulder width apart 
-raise torso up 
-alternate raising each leg for flutter kicks 
-engage your core
